What To Expect

Yes, there's an app for that. Once you sign up with us and completed the steps to gets started one of our team members will make sure you have access to the mobile app.
Credit Reporting
We require that you sign up for credit reporting with one of our approved providers. This makes it easier to get you results. It does not matter which one you choose. If you have not signed up for credit reporting click here
Client Portal
Transparency is critical. When you work with us your portal will allow you to access everything you need to ensure your experience is world class. On top of that when the bureaus send you correspondents the portal is where you will upload them.
Results
Results from your disputes will be updated in your portal once 35 days has passed. Before we send disputes we review each report. That ensures we draft customized letters which with getting results.
Disputes
Each round of disputes is 35 days. During that time you may receive letters in the mail from creditors or debt collectors you have disputes with. It's important that you upload them into your portal.
